Daily Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Kibale National Park
Arrive at Entebbe Airport and drive to Kibale Forest National Park, home to the highest concentration of primates in East Africa. Enjoy an evening nature walk or relax at your lodge. Overnight in Kibale.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP
Morning chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest — track habituated chimps in their natural habitat. After lunch, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a scenic game drive en route. Overnight near the park.
Day 3: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
Early morning game drive to spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, and leopards. Afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel for hippos, crocodiles, and spectacular birdlife. Overnight in Queen Elizabeth NP.
Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi/Mgahinga for Gorilla Trekking
Scenic drive to the southwestern region (Bwindi or Mgahinga Gorilla National Park). Prepare for the next day’s once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience. Overnight near the gorilla sanctuary.
Day 5: Gorilla Trekking & Departure
Early morning gorilla trekking through the misty forest. Spend one unforgettable hour with a family of mountain gorillas. After the trek, drive back to Entebbe for your departure flight (or extend your stay for more adventures).
